Terms and Conditions of use
These terms and conditions apply to free and paid advertising on Photoshoot Photographers. Vendors and user must abide by these terms and conditions.
Advertising Subscriptions
The minimum duration for paid listings is set at 12 months. After this initial period, you’ll have the option to renew your annual advertising package. We’ll send you an email notification when your listing is approaching its renewal date and again once it has been successfully renewed. To ensure you receive these notifications, please keep your contact information up to date in your account.
Refunds, whether partial or full, will not be issued at any point during the 12-month advertising term, even if you choose to cancel your subscription. However, you can upgrade to a higher-value package at any time during this period. In such cases, the new upgrade will replace your existing subscription immediately, but no partial refunds will be given for the previous subscription period.
You can also switch to a lower-value package at any time, but similar to upgrades, no refunds will be issued for the active 12-month term. Additionally, featured packages can only be used alongside the Premium package and will be valid for a total of 60 days.
Free packages will have a duration of 6 months. After this period the listing will be removed or will have the option to upgrade to a paid package. Photoshoot Photographers reserves the right to extend the free package period or remove it as a listing option. Package options and prices may change at the discretion of Photoshoot Photographers at any time without notice.
Content Policy
Occasionally, we may source content from your business website that we believe would be relevant to consumers and include it in your listing. It is your responsibility to ensure that all content remains accurate and up to date. Additionally, we may share posts from your social media accounts to promote your business on Photoshoot Photographers’ social media channels.
We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that violates laws, infringes on third-party rights, or is deemed inappropriate or defamatory. By uploading photos to our platform, you grant us permission to use those images in our digital marketing efforts, which may include social media posts, blogs, print advertisements, and charitable projects like the Yes Art initiative.
Ratings and Reviews
Our platform allows consumers to rate and review businesses listed on the Photoshoot Photographers directory. This feature is intended to assist consumers in making informed decisions and can serve as valuable promotion for your business. User-generated reviews will be displayed as part of your listing. We actively manage and monitor these reviews and reserve the right to remove any that we consider inappropriate, solely at our discretion.
Directory and Pricing Changes
As part of ongoing improvements, we may update and enhance our website, directory, and product offerings, which could include changes to pricing and package inclusions. We will inform you of any adjustments that may impact your listing. While these changes will not affect the pricing of your premium package during the initial 12-month term, they may influence the cost of renewals. Free packages are available only an initial 6-month term. This may be extended or removed at the discretion of Photoshoot Locations.
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to immediately terminate or cancel your paid listing or product if:
- You are unable to pay the directory listing fee.
- Your business has ceased operations, is in liquidation, or has been declared bankrupt.
- Your business no longer offers services relevant to our directory.
Other websites
Photoshoot Photographers may provide links to other websites. Photoshoot Photographers takes no responsibility for any issues arising from the use of these websites. The terms and conditions of these other websites will take effect when using their services.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the Product with due care and skill, we do not guarantee that it will be free from errors or omissions. We will not be held liable for any loss, damage, claims, or demands that arise from the provision of, or failure to provide, the Product.
